The entire staff at the Rosedale is outstanding. They are all prepared to do extra to be helpful, and are very polite and respectful. This is a very well run hotel with an outstanding staff. We've stayed there numerous times over the last 6 years, and will continue to stay there when we visit Hong Kong. The location affords easy access to all forms of transportation.

Staff were very helpful, wi-fi was free and shops, MTR, restaurants were all very close by.
Our friends also booked a Superior Double and their bed were much bigger than ours. Having a larger bed would have given us that extra comfort.

Great value place, I liked knowledgeable personnel.
The room was good-sized and reasonably priced and with the bedroom, a nice view and TV. It was in the very central location in a nice area.

Couples getaway, not perfect but solid choice
I had a pretty good time at the hotel. The views from our room was extraordinary, like something out of a dream, really. The breakfast was decent too, they had a range of hot items and pastries, so we had plenty to munch on while making plans for the day.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but in a way it was still worth it.

Well appointed rooms for a great price. Rooms clean and well stocked with amenities. Daily drinks special in the 33rd floor restaurant and bar! Deal! Easy access to Wan Chaim tram, bus etc to central.
Basic breakfast, dining communal style tables. Pretty run of the mill and nothing special.

Location... Very close to city with great access...
I was able to book the hotel with my VISA debit card however I could not pay for the room with my VISA debit card...This is ridiculous... Staff weren't helpful in resolving this matter...

My 20 year old daughter and i booked this room on the day of arrival. We Loved the ambiance. Just across the street from beautiful Victoria park...like NYC central park. Tons of shopping, food, nightlife. We felt very safe both outside and inside. Nice little gym. A Starbucks and laundry one block away. Go to the skyzone for an evening cocktail..great view. We got the room for 3 nights for $411 usd, an incredible value.
No complaints for that price!
